Qualifications

- Advanced knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices, particularly in the cleaning industry.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Attention to detail in managing candidate records, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Can handle time management and organization to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
