- Housekeeping Team Leader a direct position who will handle different one-time cleaning and specialized cleaning services of Anytime Cleaners Corp.
Qualification’s
- A Vocational or HRM graduate
- Additional coursework or certification in hospitality, housekeeping, or cleaning services can be beneficial.
- 1-3 years of experience in housekeeping or cleaning services.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills to manage time and tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are met.
- Ability to train and mentor team members.
- Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting.
- Valid driver’s license, if required to travel between job sites.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the work of housekeeping staff to ensure they perform their tasks efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and the use of cleaning equipment.
- Organize and assign cleaning tasks to team members based on the job requirements and team availability.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the company’s cleanliness standards.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition and arrange for repairs or replacements when needed.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, and ensure they are properly used and stored.
- manage resources effectively to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed within the designated time frame.
- Address any client concerns or special requests regarding the cleaning service.
- Meet with clients before starting a job to understand their specific cleaning requirements and expectations.
- Ensure that all team members follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
