  • How many people will come to clean my house?

    The number of cleaners that we will deploy will depend on the total floor area and services that you will avail. We will also deploy a housekeeping supervisor to monitor our services.

  • Do I have to be present for a cleaning?

    We always make sure that our cleaners are trustworthy and honest so you won’t have to worry about leaving your place to us. But, we also recommend your presence in the area to observe the delivery of our services.

  • How long will it take to clean my house?

    The cleaning duration usually takes 3-5 hours, but it will still depend on the floor area and services that you will avail.

  • What are your modes of payment?

    We require 20% downpayment to our clients to book their preferred schedule. The downpayment can be settled through bank transfer. While, the remaining balance can be paid right after the service through bank transfer, bank deposit or cash payment.
